Transferred Applicant
A. Written test arrangement for transferred applicant
Generally speaking, if there are vacancies, the school will arrange two written tests for transferred students each academic year. The first time is usually held in January, and the admitted students will be admitted in the next semester of the same year, the second time is usually in June. / Held in July, admitted students enroll in the first semester of the next academic year. The above arrangements are only applicable to vacancies. If there are no vacancies for the grade at that time, no relevant examination arrangements will be made.
B. Required documents
(1) Completed application form
- You can pick it up in person at the school's enquiry counter, or download it from this link
(2) A photocopy of the birth Certificate, Hong Kong Identity Card or Passport of the applicant
- If you are not born in Hong Kong, additional photocopies of proof documents of approved residence in Hong Kong and photocopies of other proof documents for admission to study in Hong Kong must be provided
(3) Photocopies of two most recent academic reports of the original school
(4) A student photo of the applicant (affixed to the application form)
C. Other notices
- Our school only accepts application forms submitted in person, and does not accept other methods such as mailing, faxing, and emailing.
- All materials submitted will only be used by the school to recruit transfer students, and will be retained for a maximum of 6 months before being destroyed.
- The same application form will only be arranged to take the exam once. If the application is unsuccessful, the applicant needs to submit the application form again to be considered for the next exam.
- If there is no relevant place vacancy within 6 months after submitting the application form, the school will not notify the applicant individually and the application form will be destroyed.
- The school reserves the right of final decision for all applicants to take the examination and admission.
